摘　　要：课程改革是高职教育改革的核心内容,在高职人才培养中发挥着重要作用。根据"现代企业管理"课程改革的具体工作,在总结前期课改经验的基础上,提出高职课程改革R-PDCA循环并运用到实际课改工作中。Curriculum Reform has a vital role to train higher vocational talented personnel, is the Core Content of higher vocational education reform. For five years in the modem enterprise management course reform, on the basis of summarizing the experience of prophase curriculum reform, attempts to put forward the R-PDCA circulation, and applied to the actual curriculum work, achieved some success.
