摘　　要：浙江省高职院校缺乏对人才需求状况变化的敏锐性,在专业建设上与区域经济、企业需求联系不够紧密,影响高职教育健康、持续发展。要使高职院校根据社会对人才的需求情况设置专业,必须构建专业设置预警系统。结合专业生存与可持续发展的条件,浙江高职院校专业设置预警系统构建主要内容为:生源状况、人才需求状况、专业教学状况、毕业生就业质量等。Higher vocational schools in Zhejiang province lacked the sensitivity to the changes of talents demand and dis. connected with regional economic and social demands in specialty construction,which impacted the healthy and constant development of higher vocational schools.In order to make higher vocational schools set up specialties in accordance with social talents demands,it is necessary to construct the specialty setting pre-warning system.According to the conditions of specialty existence and sustainable development,the main contents of the specialty setting pre-warning system construc. tion in higher vocational schools in Zhejiang province are the student source status,the talents demand status,the special. ty teaching status and the employment quality of graduates,etc.
