摘  要:为了获得完整的裂殖壶菌(Schizochytrium sp.)油脂组分信息,以其单细胞油脂组分为研究对象,对裂殖壶菌单细胞油脂进行深入研究。结果表明:裂殖壶菌单细胞油脂占细胞干重的63.32%;单细胞油脂由87.864%的中性脂和11.322%的极性脂组成;单细胞油脂中DHA含量为41.45%;单细胞油脂中胆固醇、角鲨烯和β-胡萝卜素含量分别为40.93、19.99 mg/g和34.91μg/g。经气相色谱-质谱联用分析表明:单细胞油脂的不皂化物中含有胆固醇、麦角固醇、豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇、环阿屯醇和角鲨烯。In order to obtain the complete lipid component characteristics of Schizochytrium sp. , the single cell lipid component was investigated. The results showed that the content of single cell lipid in dry cell was up to 63.32% ; the single cell lipid contained 11. 322% of polar lipid and 87. 864% of neutral lipid ; DHA content in the single cell lipid was 41.45% ; the contents of cholesterol, squalene and β- carotene in the single cell lipid were 40.93, 19.99 mg/g and 34.91 p,g/g, respectively. GC - MS analysis re- vealed that the unsaponifiable matters of the single cell lipid contained cholesterol, ergosterol, stigmaster- ol, β- sitosterol, cycloartenol and squalene.
