综合营养强化对打工子弟学校学生营养缺乏的干预效果分析

摘  要:目的观察综合营养干预对学龄进城务工者子女营养干预效果。方法选取北京市进城务工者子弟学校学生,进行NaFeEDTA强化酱油、强化大米、VA强化油的人群综合营养强化干预研究。根据是否在学校就餐分为干预组和对照组,通过在学校膳食中食用强化食品进行干预,观察时间为10个月。测量指标有身高、体重、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁(SI)、铁蛋白(SF)、血清锌、血清VA、尿VB1、尿VB2。结果综合营养强化显著提高受试者机体营养状况,干预组Hb、SI、SF、血清锌、VA、尿VB1、尿VB2水平显著高于对照组,干预组营养素不足或缺乏率显著降低。结论综合营养强化干预改善了进城务工者子女机体营养状况,对降低营养素缺乏及不足的发生是有效的。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of integrated food fortification on children in migrant school. METHODS The students in a migrant school in Beijing were selected and supplied with NaFeEDTA fortified soy sauce, fortified rice and VA fortified oil for 10 months. Schoolchildren were divided into intervention group and placebo group. The fortified food was sent to school cafeteria and added in the meals. Hemoglobin (Hb), serum ferritin (SF), serum iron (SI), serum zinc, serum VA, urine VB1 and urine VB2 were measured during the observation period. RESULTS The nutrition status of the intervention group was improved by integrated food fortification. Hb, SF, SI, serum zinc, VA, urine VBt and urine VB2 levels of intervention group were obviously increased in comparison with placebo group. CONCLUSION The integrated food fortification could be a feasible approach for nutrition intervention of children in migrant school.
