高职校企合作订单人才培养模式的实践探索

摘　　要：高等职业教育以培养技术技能人才为培养目标,校企合作人才培养是办好高职教育的有效途径。订单式培养是以企业人才需求和学生就业为导向的的校企合作人才培养模式,强调校企共同参与学生职业岗位能力的培养。本文主要介绍高职订单人才培养的思路、方法、效果,重点剖析高职校企合作订单人才培养模式的类型、特色。Higher vocational education aims at cultivating technical and skilled talents, and talent cultivation of school-enterprise cooperation is an effective approach to the excellent higher vocational education. Cultivating talents according to requirements of enterprise is a talent-cultivated model of school-enterprise cooperation, which is oriented by the enterprise demand for talents and students＇ employment, and this model emphasizes that school and enterprise should participate jointly training students＇ occupation ability. This paper mainly introduces thought, method and effect of cultivating talents according to requirements of enterprise, and analyzes types and features of this model in detail.
