基于工作过程导向的高职《出纳岗位实务》课程开发的探索与实践

摘　　要：借鉴国内外典型的高职课程开发方法,以岗位工作任务分析为依据,选取教学内容,创设学习情境,实现以工作过程为导向,以培养会计岗位能力为重点,最终形成学生职业能力和职业素养为目标的项目化课程。Referring the domestic and foreign typical methods to develop higher vocational courses, taking the task analysis as the basis, select the teaching content, and build learning environment. In this way, it can be realized that taking working process as orientation and cultivating accountant post ability as the key point. Thus, a project course, aiming at students＇occupation ability and occupation quality, can be eventu- ally formed.
