论提升高职院校校企合作质量的途径

摘　　要：高职院校与企业开展一定广度和深度的合作,是当前高职院校人才培养的办学特点与共同追求。国家应加大对校企合作的扶持力度,高职院校应积极实践职业教育新理念,注重提高人才培养质量以适应企业需求,同时建立良好的校企合作协调运行机制,充分发挥"双师型"师资队伍的优势,不断探索提升校企合作质量的有效途径。Intensive and deep cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is the feature of education, as well as a com- mon pursuit of hiher vocational colleges. Government should increase the support of College-enterprise Cooperation. Higher voca- tional colleges should actively practice the new concept of vocational education and attach more importance to talents＇ quality to meet enterprises＇ need. In the meanwhile, colleges should establish good coordination mechanism, bring ＂double functional＂ teacher team into full play, and gradually explore the effective methods for improving the quality of college-enterprise cooperation.
