摘  要:高职院校已经在广泛推行职业英语教学,但是与过去的公共英语教学相比,职业英语教学并没有充分显示出职业特点,依然是虚拟化的或者真空似的职业英语教学。因此,必须结合行业对高职学生英语能力要求来全方位地反思职业英语教学,以大幅度提高其教学质量并且较好地培养高职学生的职场英语能力。Vocational English teaching has been widely carried out in vocational colleges,but compared with the public English teaching in the past,vocational English teaching does not show occupational characteristics completely,still like virtual teaching or teaching in a vacuum.Therefore,it is very significant to rethink vocational English teaching profoundly combining with English proficiency requirements of vocational college students set by the industry in order to improve the teaching quality greatly and cultivate workplace English abilities of vocational college students well.
