摘　　要：开展横向课题研究与立项,本科院校或已规范化和常态化,高职院校却是新鲜事物。高职院校开展横向课题研究由于相对科研能力较弱,争取到项目亦较难,故影响不大,评价亦不一。文章以安徽水利水电职业技术学院院首个横向课题为例,介绍了课题研究的实践探索,分析了实施过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。It may have been standardized and normalized to carry out transverse project research in uni- versity, but it is new for vocational colleges. Transverse project research in higher vocational colle- ges, the reality is that because of the relative weakness of the scientific research ability, it is difficult to establish a transverse project and there is a disagreement about its influence and evaluation. This paper, taking the first Anhui Water Conservancy Technical College Transverse project research as an example, introduces the exploration and practice of the research, analyzes the existing problems in the implementation process and put forward the corresponding countermeasures
