摘　　要：宁波城区人口的老龄化引起了一系列的社会问题,其中老年教育已成为近几年来社会日益关注的焦点。本文以宁波城区老年群体的教育需求作为主线,以社区大学老年教育中心的学员作为主要调查对象,从被调查者的教育背景特征、相关学情分析和相关意向选择等三个角度入手进行调研;并尝试从老年教育管理机构、老年教育的工作者和老年群体自身三个角度对需求问题进行系统的梳理与剖析。The aging of the population in Ningbo urban area causes a series of social problems, especially the education for the elderly which has invited increasing attention form the society. The paper, focusing on the education demands of the elderly population in Ningbo urban area, investigates the elderly students in the Education Center for the Elderly, Ningbo Community College in the light of education background features, related schooling analysis and intention selection, etc. and analyzes the problems in terms of the elderly education administration, the related educators and the elderly population.
