摘　　要：翻译目的论是指导翻译过程的重要理论,根据中英文简历的对象、作用和侧重点的不同,中文简历英译的过程中,需要通过对比二者的差异,分析如专有名词的翻译、工作经历的编排等存在的问题,并且在翻译目的论的基础上探讨解决问题的有效方法,从而帮助求职者达到顺利求职的目的。Skopostheorie Approach is the basic principle of translation activities. Based on the differences of the subject, role and emphasis between Chinese and English resumes, analysis of the differences and the problems that arise in the translation process is necessary such as analysis of the problems in translating nouns and editing work experiences. This essay tries to find out the effective methods for C-E translation of resumes under Skopostheorie Approach and thus makes job-hunting easier for applicants.
