摘　　要：从多媒体课件制作、熟练操控设备、引导学生自主学习、开设电影观摩课、监控课堂教学等方面探讨如何有效运用多媒体网络教学技术辅助大学英语听力教学,并指出新型教学模式下教师应该注意的几个问题。Multi-media and network teaching model, as a new teaching model, sets new requirements for English teachers. This thesis, from six perspectives, raises and discusses the question of how to adopt the multi-media and network teaching model effectively to assist the teaching of college English listening. At last, some problems which should be noticed by college English teachers when adopting the new teaching model are pointed out.
