摘　　要：研究了一个与准地转运动方程密切相关的非局部非线性的演化方程,证明了任意的非负光滑初值方程局部解的存在性.In this paper, we study a nonlocal nonlinear evolution equation which is closely related to the original quasi -geostrophic equation. We prove the existence of the local solution for the equation with arbitrary nonnegative initial data.
