摘  要:医学免疫学是医学专业的一门重要基础主干课程,具有内容抽象、机理复杂、进展迅速等特点。学员在学习过程中普遍感到深奥难懂、枯燥乏味,容易失去学习兴趣。针对这一现象,通过运用生动形象的教学语言、联系临床引入生活实例、开设内容丰富的实验课、改革教学评价手段等方法,有效提高了学员的学习兴趣,增进了学员对免疫学问题的深入思考,促进了免疫学教学质量的进一步提高。Medical immunology,one of the major courses of preclinical education,is characterized by the Abstract theory,complicated mechanism and the rapid development.Therefore,it is very likely for students to feel difficult to understand,and gradually become bored and lose interest.Aiming at this phenomenon,great efforts have been made.By adopting vivid teaching language,introducing real examples from clinical practices,setting up colorful experimental courses and reforming evaluation means,students' learning interests have been stimulated and their thinking about immunology have been deepened,eventually,the teaching quality of medical immunology has been effectively improved..
