摘 要:通过水浴回流提取乌骨藤中的脂肪酸,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对乌骨藤的成分进行分析检测。结果表明:在乌骨藤中共检测到27种物质,其中不饱和脂肪酸6种(43.77%)、饱和脂肪酸10种(33.53%)、醇类2种(5.18%)、烃类9种(12.48%)。3种奇数碳原子的脂肪酸为十七碳酸、十九碳酸、二十三碳酸。乌骨藤中(E)-9-十八碳烯酸、(10E,12Z)-十八碳二烯酸、棕榈酸含量较高。Fatty acids were extracted from Caulis Marsdeniae Tenocissimae by water reflux extraction. The extracts were analyzed by GC/MC. The results showed that 27 compositions were identified in the extracts, which includes 6 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids (43. 77%), 10 kinds of saturated fatty acids (33. 53%), 2 kinds of alcohol (5. 18%) and 9 kinds of hydrocarbons (12. 48%). Three kinds of fatty acids which were composed of odd-numbered carbon at- oms were checked out in the experiment, including heptadecanoic acid, nonadecanoic acid and tricosanoic acid, and the contents of (E)- 9-Octadecenoic acid, methyl ester, methyl 10-trans, 12-cis-octadeca- dienoate and Hexadecanoic acid, methyl ester were relatively higher.
