摘　　要：胶体金免疫层析技术是近十几年来迅速发展的一种新型的免疫标记分析技术,在生物医学中己经有比较广泛的研究和应用,在食源性致病菌的检测中应用此方法,可显著缩短检测时间,它是快速检测的发展方向。文章介绍了致病菌胶体金试纸条的检测原理、制备和应用。As a new immunological marker technology, immune col- loidal gold technique has been rapidly developed in recent years and widely researched and applied in the biomedicine field. Applying this method in the detection of food-borne pathogens could greatly short- en testing time and has bright future in quick detection. In this re-view, mainly conclued the detection principle, preparation and appli- cation of colloidal gold test strip.
