校企合作进行酒店管理专业建设与改革研究

摘　　要：目前,酒店业发展非常迅速,对从业人员的素质要求也越来越高。为满足酒店业人才需求标准,高职酒店管理专业必须加强校企合作,与企业共同进行专业建设。本文以唐山工业职业技术学院酒店管理专业为例,从校企合作、工学结合运行机制建设,校企合作进行人才培养模式与课程体系改革,校企合作加强实习实训建设,校企互为师资,互相服务等四个方面进行介绍。At present, with the rapid development of hotel industry, there are higher quality requirement for the employees. To meet the personnel needs of the hotel industry, vocational hotel management specialty needs to strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation, building the specialty with companies jointly. Taking Hotel Management specialty of Tangshan Polytechnic College as an example, this thesis discusses the operating mechanism construction, personnel training mode and curriculum system reform, practice bases construction, and so on.
