摘 要:牵引变流器-电机系统是地铁车辆传动的主要组成部分,供网电压波动、直流侧滤波电感与支撑电容参数受限选取以及牵引变流器控制策略所产生的负阻抗特性都会引起系统直流侧电压和电流的持续振荡,继而造成电机输出转矩脉动,降低系统稳定性。本文通过建立异步电机形等效电路以及转子磁场定向矢量控制近似线性化模型,推导出牵引变流器的输入导纳方程,进而阐释了车辆运行过程中滤波器-牵引变流器-电机系统的振荡机理,并在此基础上提出了一种通过在线修正电机定子电流转矩分量给定值以调整牵引变流器输入导纳的新型稳定性控制器,模型仿真和实验结果验证了所述理论的正确性和有效性。Traction converter-motor system is the main component of metro vehicle. Voltage and current oscillation on the DC-link of traction converter is easily stirred by metro catenary voltage fluctuation, by limited configuration of LC filter parameters, and by negative impedance characteristic due to certain traction control scheme. Such DC-link oscillation results in consistent unsettled motor torque output, affecting system stability finally. This paper first comes up with the F-equivalent circuit and approximated linear model based on rotor-field-orientation traction control scheme, and then the equation dealing with input admittance of traction converter is induced, by which the oscillation mechanism of LC-converter-motor system is analyzed thoroughly. Finally, this paper proposes a novel stabilization controller with the on-line correction of the torque component of stator current, for the adjustment of input converter admittance. The controller is then subjected to simulated and experimental results, for the testimony of its effectiveness.
