摘  要:经济发达城区基本实现了教育均衡发展,要实现教育的持续发展必须走向个性化,学校实施"个别化"教学是教育走向个性化的重要路径。本文针对学校层面实施个别化教学,提出了研究学生、丰富课程、改进教学、应用现代技术、改革评价、提升教师等策略。同时针对当前"个别化"教学中存在的问题,提出了要善于借鉴经验、敢于积极探索的进一步思考。Generally speaking, developed urban areas had already accomplished a balanced development of education. However, sustainable development of education demands the personalized development, of which the essential strategy should be individualized instruction in school. This paper focused on the individualized instruction at the school level, and offered several methods of understanding students, enriching curriculums, improving teaching and learning, adopting modern technologies, reforming evaluation criterions, and enhancing teacher's qualities, etc. While concerning the problems emerging currently in promoting the individualized instruction, the author proposed the further thinking of learning from the existing experiences and conducting in-depth exploration.
