摘　　要：利用文献资料法初步研究了德国的教育培养体系,分析了德国培养教师的具体做法,指出了德国教师培养的特色,提出了需要学习、借鉴的几点建议。In this paper is preliminary studies the education training system of German by method of document ~ Is analysis the practice of training teacher and is pointed out the Characteristics of training teacher in German. Is give few proposal about study and use for reference.
