摘 要:[目的]了解护理专业学生的学习倦怠现状。[方法]采用大学生学习倦怠量表对1 092名护理专业学生进行调查,采用SPSS15.0统计软件对数据进行分析。[结果]314人存在学习倦怠,学习倦怠检出率为28.75%;情绪低落得分2.42分±0.57分,行为不当得分2.54分±0.24分,成就感低得分2.97分±0.83分,学习倦怠得分2.26分±0.71分;不同性别、年级、生源地护理专业学生的学习倦怠得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]护理专业学生存在学习倦怠现象;不同性别、年级、生源地的护理专业学生学习倦怠情况有差异,应针对性采取措施。Objective: To know about nursing students. Methods:A total of status quo of learning burnout of 1092 nursing students were investigated by using the college students' learning burnout scale, and the data were analyzed by using SPSS (15.0) statistical software. Results:314 nursing students had learning burnout, detection rate of learning burnout was 28.75 %. Feeling down score was 2.42±0.57 points, misconduct score was 2.54±0. 24 points, accomplishment low score was 2. 97±0.83, learning burnout score was 2.26±0.71 ;there was statistically significant difference in learning burnout score among different gender, grades of nursing students and students from different students source places(P〈0. 05 or P〈 0.01). Conclusion: Nursing students have learning burnout in university; different genders,grades of students of nursing students to learn burnout situation is different among different genders, grades of nursing students and students from different students source places, the targeted measures should be adopted for them.
