摘　　要：开放性、版权以及盈利模式是开放资源研究的三个焦点问题。文章从开放资源的定义分析其"开放"内涵,结合版权法律法规和许可协议提出开放资源的版权处理方法,之后对开放资源的盈利模式进行分析。开放、版权和盈利对于开放资源并不是相互排斥和矛盾的,在满足开放性要求、遵循版权规定的前提下,存在较大的盈利空间。Openness, copyright and profit are the focus issues in open resources research. This paper first analyses the intension of openness for open resources. Then based on the copyright laws and access licenses, some methods are suggested to solve the copyright issues. The profit strategies are analyzed in detail. At last we conclude that openness, copyright and profit problems are not mutually exclusive or contradictory, under the premise of openness and copyright, some profit space exists.
