高职院校和高职生如何联合破解“就业难”迷局

摘　　要：目前,由于多种原因共同导致的"招工难"和"就业难"的迷局影响着高职毕业生的就业与择业,面对日益激烈的就业竞争形势,企业对高职生也提出了更高的要求。本文分别从高职院校和高职毕业生自身的角度出发,探讨了如何在新的就业形势下,全方位提高毕业生素质,以满足企业的需要。Nowadays, the puzzle because of various reasons leading to difficult recruitment and employment affects higher vocational graduates＇employment, in the face of increasingly fierce employment competition situation. Enterprises put forward higher requirements for higher vocational students. This paper discusses in the new employ-ment situation, from the point of view of higher vocational colleges and higher vocational graduates, how to compre- hensively enhance the quality in order to meet the needs of enterprises.
