摘 要:介绍了瞄准装置伺服控制系统的基本原理,提出并研究了采用力矩电机直接驱动,旋转变压器反馈,TMS320F28335数字控制器,PWM功率驱动的方案,应用带速度前馈和转矩前馈的三闭环带温度系数的增量式PID控制策略实现了对目标的高精度稳定跟踪,对系统硬件电路、控制算法、软件流程等做了详细介绍。系统利用DSP丰富的片上资源和CPLD强大的逻辑能力,大力简化了系统结构。试验表明,系统采用的控制策略使系统获得了较高的跟踪精度和优良的动态品质,系统工作指标完全满足要求。The basic principle of the aiming device and its servo control system were introduced, and the system design scheme was put forward and researched by use of torque motor direct drive, the revolver feedback, the TMS320F28335 digital signal control, and power drive of PWM. The incremental PID control strategy were used to get the higher accuracy and the better stability for tracking target with the aid of the current loop, velocity loop and position loop. And the hardware circuit, control method and software procedure were analyzed in detail. The system made use of abundant source of TMS320F28335 and CPL's strong logic ability to greatly simplify system structure. The experiments showed that the system has stronger ability in tracking precision and excellent dynamic performance, the system working index can perfectly meet the requirements.
