摘　　要：高职院校心理健康教育普遍存在着系统不完善、机制不健全、教育目标定位不准、教育对象范围狭隘、教育内容贫乏、教育手段单一等问题。依据高职院校学生心理健康状况的特殊性以及心理健康教育的目标和原则,高职院校应从健全机制、扩大教育对象、丰富教育内容、运用多元教育模式等方面,提高心理健康教育的实效性。In vocational and technical college, mental health education has many＇ problems, such as imperfect mechanism, wrong educa- tion target, narrow scope of education object, poor education content and single means of education ,and so on. Based on the particularity of students＇ mental health and the objectives and principles of the mental health education, vocational colleges should improve the effectiveness of mental health education from the aspects of perfecting the mechanism, expanding the education object, enriching the teaching content and using multiple teaching modes.
