摘  要:选用跳跃练习作为研究发展青少年下肢爆发力的手段,采用不同的跳跃练习组合进行对比实验,以期寻找能够最大程度发展青少年短跑运动员下肢爆发力的组合方式,从而为青少年短跑运动员下肢爆发力的训练提供参考。经过4个月的训练,结果表明:1)与实验前相比,实验组和对照组的速度、爆发力、专项等指标都呈现了显著升高。2)实验组各项指标的提高的程度大于对照组。3)实验后,实验组的后除抛铅球和100 m专项成绩显著性差异外,其他的指标都有显著性差异。The paper uses jumping exercises as the measure to research the development of adolescent explosive force of teenager, with different jumping exercises combined to conduct a contrast test, in order to find the best combination to develop the adolescent sprinters' lower limbs explosive force, thus,to provide a reference for sprinters explosive force training. After 4 months of training, the results show that: 1. compared with before the experiment, both the experimental group' and the control groups speed, explosive force, special index were all significantly increased. 2 indicators of the experimental groups showed better improvement than the control group. 3 after the experiment, the experimental group showed that not only the after throwing shot put and the 100 meters special showed a remarkable difference, all other indicators also showed a significant difference.
