摘 要:为了研究江苏省淡水产品中2种主要弧菌菌群副溶血弧菌和溶藻弧菌的种内基因多样性,应用RAPD分型技术对从连云港、扬州、泰州、常州淡水产品中分离到的59株副溶血弧菌和107株溶藻弧菌分离株进行基因多样性分析。结果显示,59株副溶血弧菌中有18个基因型,通过UPGMA聚类分析聚成9个(A~I)遗传谱系,其中,谱系A和C是主要的型别。107株溶藻弧菌中有21个基因型,通过UPGMA聚类分析聚成12个(A~L)遗传谱系,其中谱系A是最主要的型别。表明副溶血弧菌和溶藻弧菌均具有较好的基因多样性。从分离株的地理和样品来源看,副溶血弧菌的谱系A、C和溶藻弧菌的谱系A、K在所有采样地区和样品中均有检出;从连云港地区样品中分离到的副溶血弧菌和溶藻弧菌具有丰富的多态性,其谱带模式均多于从扬州、泰州、常州地区样品中的分离株。To study the genomic diversity within Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio alginolyticus, the dominate Vibrio species in freshwater products in Jiangsu province, the genotyping within 59 V. parahaemolyticus strains and 107 V. alginolyticus strains from Lianyungang, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Changzhou were performed by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)-PCR. 18 different genotypes existed in V. parahaemolyticus, which were clustered into nine (from A to I) genetic lineages using UPGMA method, with A and C the dominant genotypes. 21 different genotypes were detected in V. alginolyticus which were clustered into twelve (from A to L) genetic lineages with A the dominant type. The results indicated that V. parahaemolyticus and V. alginolyticus had abundant genomic diversity.Types A and C of V. parahaemolyticus and types A and K of V. alginolyticus were detected from all sampling areas. Lianyungang originated isolates had a richer fingerprint patterns than the isolates originated from Yangzhou, Taizou and Changzhou.
