论多元民族文化教育视野下幼儿教师素质的构建——学前多元民族文化课程研究引发的思考

摘　　要：多元民族文化教育是少数民族地区儿童成为全面个体的关键性途径。学前教育阶段多元民族文化课程的研究引发了对课程建构者——"教师"的关注。研究认为,多元民族文化教育视野下幼儿教师应具备多元民族文化教育的态度和理念、多元民族文化知识、开发和实施多元民族文化课程的能力等三方面的素质,倡导通过组建教育讲师团和借助学前教育专业学生等途径有差异性地推进少数民族地区幼儿教师的专业发展。There is a key way to overall individual in regions inhabited by ethnic groups, which is the multi-national culture education. The research focus on the curriculum preducer---teachers. The paper argues about that the nursery teachers need attitudes and ideas, cultural knowledge, the ability for developing curriculum, which is based on the multi-national culture. And the lecture team and intern students are the solution way.
