档案学硕士研究生教育存在问题与对策研究述评

摘　　要：自2002年以来,一大批高校获得了档案学硕士学位授予权,同时,学术界对档案学硕士研究生教育的研究也随之迅速开展起来。学者们从宏观、中观和微观三个层面分别对档案学硕士研究生教育的现状、社会环境、社会需求、课程体系、招生就业、学习与实践、信息素质和研究方法教育、导师作用等进行了全面的探讨,其中,对存在问题与对策的研究尤为突出。本文重点对档案学硕士研究生教育存在问题与对策的研究成果进行总结、分析和评价,可以为今后我国档案学硕士研究生教育主要领域的学术研究提供一些借鉴和参考。Since 2002, a large number of universities obtain the master＇s degree to grant right of archival science. The academic study of graduate education of archival science also develops rapidly. The current state, social environment, social demand, curriculum system, enrollment and employment, learning and practice, information literacy, research methods and tutor role about it were discussed by scholars from the macro, meso and micro three levels. Among them, the problems and measures were studied especially. In order to provide reference for academic research of graduate education of archival science in the future, this paper summaries, analyzes and evaluates the problems and measures of graduate education of archival science in China.
