摘　　要：2011年5月5日美国教师领导研究协会颁布《教师领导示范标准》,主张教师领导是教育革新的关键,教师领导有助于强化教师专业、增进学校组织变革能力、提高学生教育成就。该标准阐述了教师领导的重要性,为教师领导提出了新的角色期待。《教师领导示范标准》涉及到七个领域,规定了教师领导应具有的知识、能力以及应履行的职能。该标准由美国教育考试服务中心所属的专业组织研发,各州自行选择作为标准开发的行动指南,为教师专业发展提供了新的范式。Teaching of persuasive writing about Adventurer in primary school in US not only gives us a good example of how to design teaching goal depending on literary form and put differential instruction into effect, but also greatly inspired us. It can resolve the problem of what to teach and achieve if we divide content of writing teaching into kind of literary forms and determine the teaching goals. We should let children experience the process from perception to understanding, and from internalization to externalization, in order to improve the efficiency of writing instruction. It will help students become a conscious writer and a real writer if we focus on acquiring writing tactics.
