摘  要:诺丁斯是关怀伦理学和关怀教育思想的代表人物。基于对传统人文教育的批判性分析,诺丁斯主张课程与教学必须以关怀为核心重新组织,这为我们重新理解教学提供了方法论指导。在教学活动中,教学过程的本质在于关系型关怀;教学方式的实质是为学生的学习建构新的意义而非知识的传递;教学内容的选择与组织要超越学科知识;教学评价不是通过考试、分数控制学生的手段,而是促进学生自由全面发展的解放性力量。Noddings is one of the representatives of caring ethics and caring theory.On the basis of critical analysis of the traditional humanistic education,she advocated that curriculum and teaching must be re-organized with the caring as the core,which gives us a new understanding of teaching from the perspective of methodology.In the teaching activities,the essence of teaching process is the care based on the relationship,the essence of teaching methods is to construct a new meaning for the students’learning rather than the transfer of knowledge,the choice and organization of teaching materials are to go beyond the knowledge itself,and the teaching evaluation is not the means to control the students through the exam and scores,but the liberating force to promote the free and comprehensive development of the students.
