摘　　要：通过了解教师期待效应的具体内容,探讨教师期待作用对教师教学中的意义。并反观和审视不适当运用教师期待作用所带来的误区。以此对教师在如何更好地运用期待效应提出了一些建议:了解学生的发展水平,掌握好期待的度;努力发现差生身上其他方面的闪光点;教师对学生的期待要持久。Through analyzing the specific contents of teachers＇ expectancy effect, the paper discusses the significances of teachers＇ expectancy roles in teachers＇ teaching, and reflects and surveys the misunderstandings of inadequate application of teachers＇ expectancy. In addition, it puts forward some suggestions on how to better apply the expectancy effect, such as understanding students＇ developmental level, grasping the degree of the expectancy; trying to finding the advantages of poor students; maintaining the expectancy for students as long as possible.
