摘　　要：中国行政管理教育近些年以来,虽然在专业建设和学科发展等方面取得了很多进步,但仍旧难以避免地存在高校的行政管理教学模式中重理论、轻实践的倾向。当前社会对于复合型人才的需求使得人们对于实践教学的理解提升到了一个新的档次,本文主要针对行政管理教学存在的不足,提出行政管理实践教学体系建设思路。Although Chinese administrative management education has gained much progress in the aspects of professional construction and subject development and so on in recent years, it inevitably has the tendency of stressing the theories and ignoring the practices in the teaching mode. Nowadays, the society＇s demand for versatile talents makes people＇s understan- ding on practical teaching raise to a new level. The paper puts forward some constructive thoughts on the practical teaching system of administrative management according to the defects of administrative management teaching.
