摘　　要：新建应用型本科院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。应用型人才培养目标的确立,对教师的专业素质提出了特殊要求。基于新建应用型本科院校"地方性、应用型"的办学定位及承担的职能,从专业知识、专业能力和专业情意三个方面,对新建应用型本科院校教师专业素质结构进行了系统分析。Newly-built application-oriented undergraduate colleges are an important part of China＇s higher education.The aim of cultivating applied talents puts forward special requirements for the professional quality of teaching staff.Based on the localized orientation and applied function of newly-built application-oriented undergraduate colleges,this paper makes systematic analysis of the teaching staff＇s professional quality from the perspectives of knowledge,ability and sensibility.
