摘  要:对高职院校开展科学的师资管理,是教学质量提升的重要保障,是对以人为本的国家人才政策的践行。教师基本岗位工作分析、主导类型确立及各类型管理核心指标点明确是高职院校教师类型化管理的关键工作,同时还要对教师成长的生态环境建设以及职业规划的阶段性问题投以关注。The scientific management of teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important guarantee of improving the quality of teaching and is also an implantation of the people-oriented national talent policy. Analyzing the basic duties of the teaching post, establishing the leading type and making clear the core index point of the various types of management are the key jobs of the teachers" classification management in higher vocational colleges. Meanwhile, the construction of an ecological environment of the teachers" growth and the stage of the occupational planning should be paid close attention to.
