摘 要:针对基于蓄电池分段恒流充电的串联式混合动力汽车(series hybrid electrical vehicle,SHEV)辅助动力单元(auxiliary power unit,APU)对控制目标的跟踪问题,提出一种具有抑制干扰的控制策略。首先,通过分析发动机、永磁同步发电机和三相桥式不可控整流桥的数学模型,建立了整个系统的动态数学描述;其次,基于L2增益干扰抑制技术、Backstepping方法并结合Lyapunov稳定性理论,以发动机进气量和永磁同步发电机的dq轴电压为控制输入,以发动机转速、进气歧管压力和发电机的dq轴输出电流为状态变量,设计了APU的非线性控制器。理论分析表明,在存在外部干扰的情况下,所设计的控制器仍能保证闭环系统的稳定性;仿真研究结果也表明,所设计的控制器能保证系统动态过程中对控制目标有快速的跟踪性和较好的抗干扰性。Aiming at problem that the auxiliary power unit of series hybrid electric vehicle based on storage battery piecewise constant current charging is unable to trace the control objectives, this paper proposes one kind of control strategy provided with disturbance attenuation function. By analyzing mathematical models of engine, permanent magnet synchronous motor and three-phase rectifier bridge, this paper introduces establishment of dynamic mathematical description of the whole sys- tem. On the basis of L_^-gain disturbance attenuation technique, Backstepping method and Lyapunou stability theory, taking air input of the engine and dq-axis voltage of permanent magnet synchronous motor as control input and rotate speed, pressure of intake manifold and output current of dq-axis of the engine as state variables, it design nowlinear controller of APU. Theoreti cal analysis shows that the designed controller can still ensure stability of closed loop system with outer disturbance. Simulation research also shows that this controller can ensure rapid tracing performance and better anti interference performance of the system during the period of dynamic process for the control objectives.
