摘　　要：引进了2类对称局部双对角占优矩阵,利用这一概念获得了非奇H矩阵的2个新的充分条件,并用数值例子说明了所得结果的有效性.The concepts of two kinds symmetrical local double diagonally dominant matrices are introduced in this paper. By using these concepts we obtain some new sufficient conditions about nonsingular H matrices, the numerical example illustrate the effectiveness of our results.
