摘  要:说课是高师院校师范生教师技能训练的重要环节。由于高师教育与基础教育存在脱节现象,加上指导教师和师范生缺乏中学教学实践经验,使师范生说课技能训练的效果不尽如人意,存在许多亟需改进的地方。加强教学理论与教学实践相结合、构建说课技能训练的有效模式、建立完善的说课评价机制,是提高师范生说课技能、培养师范生综合素质、增强其就业竞争力的有效策略。Presenting a teaching plan is an important part of skills training of normal students in Teachers Colleges. However, there is a gap between high teacher education and basic education; in addition, guidance teachers and normal school students hardly have any teaching experience in secondary schools. Therefore, the training of normal students' skills of presenting a teaching plan is not satisfactory. So, we should strengthen the integration of teaching theory and teaching practice, build an effective training model, and establish a workable evaluation mechanism. These prove to be effective strategies to enhance normal students' employability and competitiveness.
