摘　　要：体育教学是体育教育改革以及实施素质教育的重要内容。在体育教学过程中,学生的非智力因素对体育教学产生重要影响。通过查阅文献资料对非智力因素在体育教学的作用进行了分析,论述了动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等非智力因素在体育教学中的培养方法与途径。Physical education teaching reform is an important part of the implementation of quality education. In the process of sports teaching, the students＇ non-intelligence factors have important influence on physical education teaching. This article analyzes the non-intelligence factors affecting sports teaching effect by consulting literature materials, and discusses the methods to cultivate non-intelligence factors of students including motive, interest, emotion, will, personality in the teaching of sports training.
