高校助学与育人并重工作体系构建研究——以石家庄铁道大学为例

摘　　要：高校新的学生资助政策体系的实施,在惠及更多寒门学子的同时,也为高校育人工作提供了很好的平台和载体。对高校的学生工作而言,在做好对家庭经济困难学生经济资助工作的同时,更应发掘资助工作蕴含的教育资源,立德树人。树立资助育人的理念,构建科学的工作体系,开展内容丰富、形式多样的教育活动,对进一步完善资助政策体系,帮助学生树立科学的世界观和正确的人生观、价值观,有着十分重要的现实意义和指导作用。The new student aid policy system of university has been carried out for many years. It ＂s not only a system for financing needy students, but also a good platform and carrier for the educa- tional work. To do well in assisting poor students and at the same time, to explore the educational re- sources for financing work and to promote all-rounded development of the student are all significant tasks of education work. Universities should set up a concept of education funding, construct a scien- tific work system and conduct activities which are with rich contents and various forms. The measures advocated in the paper have very crucial realistic meaning and guidance function in improving of new student aid policy system and in helping students to set up a scientific world view and healthy outlook on life and values.
