摘　　要：高师全程全景教育实践体系的构建，以塑造师范生的职业能力为核心任务，具体包括目标、时间和空间3个维度。其中，目标维度体现了“整体性”，时间维度体现了“全程性”，空间维度体现了“全景性”。该体系的设计基于师范生免费教育的改革实践，依据实践性知识“只能从实践中获得”的特性，而临床指导教师的培育又是该体系取得理想效果的关键措施。The construction of all-around educational practice system at higher normal schools,with developing the vocational ability of those students as the core task,covers three dimensions,namely objective,time and space.The dimension of objective embodies"integrity",that of time reflects"duration"and that of space shows"panorama".The designed system,based on the reform practice of free normal education,conforms to the characteristic of practical knowledge which can be acquired only from practice.In addition,the cultivation of practice instructors is a key factor for this system to achieve ideal effects.
