摘　　要：近年来,日益频发的网络群体性事件引起多方关注,也给相关部门对群体性事件的防范处置工作带来了新的挑战。如何前移、防范、化解、有效应对是当前网络群体性事件研究的重要内容。研究引用群体发展模型理论,分析了网络群体性事件发生的过程:呈现、冲突、凝聚、转变和平息等五个阶段,在此基础上构建了网络群体性事件的干预体系。A growing number of network mass incidents have recently attracted much attention, also have brought new challenges for the government to prevent. The important content of the study about internet group event is how to move forward, prevent, resolve, and respond it effectively. This paper quoted group development model to analysis the process of internet group events： presentation, conflict, condensation, transformation and subsidence. On this basis, the intervention system of network mass incidents could be constructed.
