摘 要:为了获取轴承间隙对切割器振动特性的影响,将单刀盘甘蔗切割器简化为滑动轴承-转子弯扭耦合振动系统模型,考虑轴承间隙建立了系统动力学微分方程。运用数值计算方法,分析了系统的振动特性。结果表明,滑动轴承间隙对系统稳定性有一定影响,当间隙c=0.11mm时稳定转速带宽最大,旨在为优化选择刀盘滑动轴承间隙参数提供理论参考。In order to obtain the influence of bearing clearance on vibration characteristics of sugarcane cutter, the single base cutter of sugarcane harvester was simplified to a model of sliding bearing-rotor system, in which coupled bending and torsion were considered. The differential equation of the system dynamics was proposed with consideration of sliding bearing clearance. The vibration characteristics of the system were analyzed by numerical calculation. The results showed that the bearing clearance had some influences on the system stability. When the clearance was equal to 0.11mm, the steady speed bandwidth of the system was the maximum. And this may provide theory reference to select the optimized sliding bearing clearance.
