提升地方应用型高校教务秘书执行力的思考

摘　　要：高校教务管理是高校管理的命脉,教务秘书作为高校教务组织的基层人员,其执行力的高低直接影响教务工作的质量。本文针对地方应用型高校的实际情况,从提升教务秘书执行力的研究背景出发,提出了一支队伍、两项制度、三个意识的三点策略以供参考。The university educational administration management is the lifeblood of the university management, the educational administration secretary as the educational organization staff, his implementation capacity will directly affect the quality of the educational administration work. In this paper, according to the actual situation in local application--oriented universities, start- ing from the background of improving educational administration secretary, the system of ＂one team, two systems, three con- sciousness＂ is put forward for reference.
