摘　　要：在糖蜜酒精发酵工艺中,发酵液容易感染杂菌,而含有难溶物的复合杀菌剂的杀菌效果不理想,本文以十二烷基硫酸钠和六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,研究分散剂对杀菌剂杀菌效果的影响,研究结果表明:十二烷基硫酸钠分散效果较好,使杀菌剂的杀菌效果显著提升。In the molasses alcohol fermentation process, the fermentation medium susceptible to bacterial contamination, but the effect of fungicide sterilization is not ideal. This study takes sodium dodecyl sulfate （SDS） and sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersants to analyse their effect on sterilization. The results indicate that the dispersion effect of sodium dodecyl sulfate is better, and obviously improved the fungicidal effect of fungicides.
