摘  要:伴随着社会主义市场经济的建立和改革开放的深入发展,民营企业在我国社会经济生活中已占有重要地位,对国民经济的贡献不断增大。引进人才、留住人才、用好人才是民营企业健康可持续发展的重要保障。然而长期以来,民营企业人才流失非常严重,特别是知识型员工离职现象已经影响到企业的正常运营和发展。文章通过调查问卷确立影响民营企业知识型员工离职的一系列因素。以X企业为例,对离职影响因素与离职倾向间的相互关系进行测量,提出民营企业知识型员工离职倾向回归预测模型,并指出模型中各因素对离职倾向的影响方式及影响程度,为民营企业有效管理知识型员工提供了新的思路。With the establishment of socialist market economy and development of reform and open policy,private enterprises plays an important role in our social and economic life,which increases contribution to the national economy.To attract talent,retain talent,and make good use of talent are important guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of private enterprises.However,for a long time,private enterprises brain drain is very serious;especially knowledge-based employee turnover phenomenon has affected the normal operation and development of the enterprise.This paper established a number of factors that affect private enterprise knowledge workers to leave through questionnaires,take X Enterprise for example,the separation influencing factors and turnover intention are measured and proposed regression prediction model of private enterprise knowledge-based Employee Turnover Intention.And which pointed out that the model of various factors on turnover intention manner and degree of influence,provides a new way of thinking for private enterprises to effectively manage knowledge workers.
