摘　　要：建设学习型社会是一个系统性工程,工作学习化、生活学习化、社交学习化等非正式学习路径当前还面临着学习平台建设、相关制度保障、运行体制机制、学习氛围气候等方面的问题。就此,本文做了相应对策思考,认为要加强非正式学习平台建设,理顺市民非正式学习推进机制,营造社会学习氛围。The construction of a learning society is a systematic project while the informal learning routes involving work- based learning, life-based learning, and sociality-based learning at present faces the problems of the construction of the learning platform, the guarautee of the relevant systems, the climate of the learning environment and so on. Therefore, this paper has done some research in the related countermeasures, arguing that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the informal learning platform, to straighten out the advancing system of citizens＇ informal learning, and to build the learning environment in society.
