摘　　要：截至2012年7月，全球共有962项世界遗产被列入《世界遗产名录》，其中包括745项文化遗产、188项自然遗产和29项混合遗产，分布在153个缔约国中。截至2012年9月，已经有190个国家加入世界遗产公约，成为缔约国。中国已有43项遗产被联合国教科文组织世界遗产委员会列入《世界遗产名录》，其中文化遗产30项、自然遗产9项和混合遗产4项。截至2012年12月，全球被列入《人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录》的非物质文化遗产已达259项。世界遗产教育对于世界遗产的保护至关重要，已经成为大学高等教育的一个重要趋势。本文概括了世界遗产发展趋势并总结了中国高校世界遗产教育现状和进展。As of June 2012, 962 properties throughout the world have been inscribed on the World Heritage List by the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO, including 745 cultural, 188 natural and 29 mixed properties in 153 States Parties composed of 190 members that have ratified the World Heritage Convention up to September 2012. China holds 43 properties covering 30 cultural, 9 natural and 4 mixed properties. While as of December 2012, 259 masterpieces have been inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. The world heritage education is crucial to the protection of wodd heritage sites and has become an important trend of higher education at universities. This paper gives an outline of developing trend of world heritage and summarizes status and advances of world heritage education in China.
