高职院校提升学生综合素质的路径探析

摘　　要：高职院校学生综合素质包括思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业技能素质和身心素质等多个方面。高职院校应充分发挥思想政治理论课教学的主渠道作用,大力创建人人成才的校园文化氛围,有效激励学生投身社会实践和志愿服务活动,积极引导学生开展自助心理教育和朋辈心理互助活动,合理利用互联网的正面导向功能,为培养社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质人才服务。The comprehensive quality of higher vocational college students includes various aspects such as the ideological and moral qualities, the scientific and cultural qualities, the professional skill quality and the mental and physical qualities. The higher vocational college should fully exploit the main channel role of ideological and political theory course teaching, vigorously create the campus cuhure atmosphere for everyone to be able, effectively motivate students to participate in social practice and voluntary service activities, actively guide students to engage in self-psy- chological education and peer mutual aid activities and rationally use the positive orienting function of the Internet to develop the high-quality personnel for the socialist modernization.
