大学生创新能力培养方法的探讨

摘　　要：大学生创新能力的培养是当今中国社会所面临的一个重大课题,本文主要从先进教学理念和培养大学生的创新素养、创新思维以及实际动手能力训练这四个方面,来阐述高校在培养大学生创新能力时所采用的一些方法和个人体会。通过对大学生创新能力培养过程的分析,我们应重视应用先进的教学理念,使学生在学习和研究中获得兴趣,提高分析问题和解决问题的创新能力。重视培养学生的创新素养,鼓励他们将自己的奇思妙想拿出来讨论,激发学生学习兴趣和创新意识。重视培养学生的创新思维,主要培养他们的发散思维和求异思维。最后还应重视给学生提供实际动手训练和进行创新实践的平台,使他们能充分的展示自我。From the application of modem teaching concepts, student＇s cultivation of creative quality, innovative thinking, practical ability in four areas, we described the basic method of college in cultivating the innovation ability of student. Firstly, focus on the application of modem teaching concepts, so that students can get the interest in learning and research and improve innovative ability for analyzing and solving problems. Secondly, cultivate student＇s creative personality and encourage asking questions. And cultivate student＇s innovative quality, interest in learning and innovative consciousness. Thirdly, focus on cultivating student＇s creative thinking, mainly cultivating their divergent thinking and different ways of thinking. Provide innovative practice training opoortunities to students and a space for them to show themselves.
